Ensuring that every ROTOSOL pump that is manufactured is of the highest quality and performance, we have a number of quality measures in place. These include:
Load testing and endurance testing facilities, environmental test chamber and standards laboratory along with dedicated GO-NOGO gauges and mechanical instruments are used extensively.
Our workplace and cells have process controls, defect identification methods and checkpoints which can be seen visually. All our work instructions, improvement actions have pictorial or visual descriptions that can be easily understood by all our employees.
ROTOSOL solar pumps are extensively tested using a fully automatic test bed with digital flow meters for accurate calculation of pump discharge at different heads with different solar array combinations. All pumps going out of our facility are tested to ensure that they meet the specifications laid down by our clients.
Activities involve all employee in quality improvement initiatives and eliminate non-value adding activities.
Our quality systems result in conformance with international norms and bring about a consistency in our operations and improvethem on a continual basis.
ROTOSOL pumps are tested inhouse for performance, quality and reliability. Moreover pumps are also tested at MNRE approved test centers (UL, TUV, EQDC Gandhinagar and NISE Gurgaon) and private test labs to validate our test results and meet client parameters and requirements. We facilitate the testing of our pumps with different PV modules for complying with the eligibility norms of various tenders floated by government agencies for the installation of water pumping systems under subsidy schemes.
