Sushil Kumar a farmer and a member of the local farmer community or kisan mandli. He applied for a solar pump through the Bihar governments subsidy scheme and now has a 2HP Rotosol Solar pump now installed at his farm. He hopes that his fellow farmers also embrace this new technology that will lead to better savings and more income.
