Bhupatbhai Parmar lives in Dhrol, Jamnagar a town close to the gulf of Kutch but not close to a fresh water source.  His primary source of water for irrigation is from an openwell dug at his farm.  He is a cotton grower like so many of his fellow farmers from the region.
