Chetrapal Sharma as a farm adjoining his farm.  He plans to dedicate his entire land towards farming and get the maximum out of his solar pump.  Ensuring that there are no shadows on his PV array and that he can get the maximum out of the pump, he had them installed on the roof of his house.

He says it solves 3 purposes.  One, his PV array is safe from theft. Two, his array works at maximum efficiency and three, the shadow on the array helps cool his house.
